Craig Charles dedicates the show to funk and soul artists Sharon Jones and Mose Allison, both of whom have died recently.
Tonight we dedicate the show to Sharon Jones and Mose Allison both legendary artists of the funk & Soul scene who passed away this week. Craig never got the opportunity to interview Mose Allison but he did catch up with Sharon Jones in 2014 when she'd been diagnosed with cancer. In the interview with Sharon Jones, which we'll share with you later on, she praised you guys, her fans, for giving her the strength to keep on touring. At 8pm there'll be a 30 minute Daptone Records Trunk of Funk.
