There's the story of modern-day humanitarian heroine Anna Cross as she returns to Sierra Leone - the country where she caught Ebola whilst treating local people. Anna joins presenters Sophie Raworth and JJ Chalmers at the Imperial War Museum in London along with Flight Lieutenant Olly Brooks-Bank, who shares his experiences of disaster relief work in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
A nephew reads his uncle's farewell letter from the Second World War, at the Battle Back Centre a soldier struggles with debilitating PTSD, and singer John Reilly performs a tribute to the 'Women of Steel' who kept Sheffield's steel factories running during the war.
