The latest FBI investigation into Clinton's emails seem to have given a boost to Trump. Are the evangelicals flocking back to him? Literacy - an educational failure?
Just a week ago Hillary Clinton seemed destined for the White House. Now, it seems the race is going to be an awful lot closer. The FBI's reopening of the Clinton email investigation has given Trump's campaign a much-needed boost, with suggestions that evangelicals, previously upset by allegations regarding his treatment of women, are now giving him a second chance, perhaps even believing that he has the "Cyrus syndrome".
A reference to Cyrus the Great, the king mentioned more than 30 times in the Bible who, while not "of God", was believed to have been doing the work of God - an annointed one.
From texts and tweets and a myriad of other media the world has never been so innundated with words yet literacy rates are not significantly improving. Just how is it possible for someone to leave school unable to read or write? How and why is the system failing so many?
