This week, Eliza Carthy & The Wayward band play live in the Salford studio.
Eliza, daughter of Martin Carthy and Norma Waterson, has been a prominent figure on the folk scene since she started recording and touring more than 20 years ago.
Eliza will be joined by Saul Rose (melodeon), Barn Stradling (bass), Sam Sweeney (violin), Lucy Farrell (viola), Beth Porter (Cello), David Delarre (guitar), Andrew Waite (accordion), Willy Molleson (drums), Laurence Hunt (percussion), Nick Malcolm (trumpet) and Adrien 'Yen Yen' Toulouse (trombone).
The band, who formed in 2013, will perform songs from their debut album, Big Machine, which mixes traditional material with contemporary songs.
