On this day in 1966, 144 people died including 116 children when a mountain of coal mining waste crashed down on to the Pantglas primary school in the South Wales village. Plus, a 19-year-old man is arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences in connection with a suspicious item found on a London underground train.
