Brits in Bollywood

How easy is it for a Brit to make it in Bollywood? And what struggles come along the way? Haroon Rashid speaks to those who have given up everything to make their dreams come true.

Every year, hundreds of British men and women go out to Mumbai to try and become Bollywood's next big thing. Some leave behind jobs, friends and even their children in the hope of carving out a career for themselves in the world's largest film industry.

But how easy is it for a Brit to make it in Bollywood? And what struggles come along the way? Haroon Rashid speaks to the actors who've given up everything in an attempt to make their dreams come true, hears from those willing to make it at any cost and asks why so many Brits are trying to crack one of the world's most competitive industries.
