Clare Balding introduces further coverage from Rio, where attention turns to this evening's three boxing finals. First is the women's flyweight final - won by Great Britain's Nicola Adams at London 2012 - followed by the men's bantam and middleweight finals.

Next up is a visit to the Maria Lenk Aquatic Centre, the venue for the final of the men's 10m platform diving. Great Britain's Tom Daley is competing at his third Olympic Games and hoping to add to the bronze medal he won at London 2012. He says he is in peak condition heading to Rio and is targeting a gold medal in Brazil. However, he faces stiff competition from defending champion David Boudia of the USA and China's Qiu Bo, who has won four world titles plus Olympic silver.
