On the weekend of Europe's biggest street party, the Notting Hill Carnival, Katie finds out how to produce the perfect reggae record!

Perry has worked on numerous records as both an artist and as a producer. In 2003, he won the 'Best Reggae Album' Grammy for his record 'Jamaican E.T.' As a producer, he has worked with major artists including Bob Marley, Paul McCartney, John Martyn, The Clash and Junior Murvin.
