Mark Chapman presents the start of coverage from day 4 of the Olympic Games. Featuring more from the rowing regatta with Mark Pougatch, John Murray and double world and Olympic champion Mark Hunter.

From 2pm we join Jonathan Agnew for the climax of equestrian team competition and to see if Great Britain's eventing team can improve on their London 2012 silver medal. Britain's men's rugby sevens also get their competition underway.
