Corbyn 'can stand' against Labour challenger

Labour's ruling NEC has voted that Jeremy Corbyn does not need nominations from MPs and MEPs to stand against Angela Eagle, his challenger in the Labour leadership contest.

Jeremy Corbyn is to stand in a Labour leadership contest after the party's ruling body decided he did not need nominations from MPs and MEPs to be included in the ballot.
