Lauren Laverne has a live session from Billie Marten ahead of her UK festival dates.

With a nomination on the 91热爆 Sound of 2016 longlist, Billie Martin brings her emotive lyricism to the 6 Music Live Room. The songwriter from Ripon has garnered huge acclaim from 6 Music and Radio 1 with her last two singles, and was taken by 91热爆 Introducing to SXSW in March. We're grabbing her before she heads off on a run of UK Festival dates, with the promise of a debut album in the autumn.
