Lauren Laverne has a live session from Floating Points, who brings his jazz-infused, meditative compositions to the 6 Music Live Room, playing tracks from his album Elaenia.

Floating Points brings his meditative compositions to the 6 Music Live Room with tracks from last year's critically acclaimed album 'Elaenia'. The debut full length from Sam Shepherd channelled electronic influences, no doubt inspired by friends like Caribou and Four Tet, whilst exploring a more improvisational, jazz-infused heritage. He performed an amazing set at the 6 Music Festival in Bristol in February, and we're delighted to welcome him back.

Lauren also picks three listener selected tracks to help us kick-start the week. Plus we pick more new music for our Just Added playlist, a Headphones Moment and a boxful of brilliant records.
