A blanket ban will be introduced on legal highs later this week. Colin is joined by Dr Karenza Moore, of Lancaster University, who is an expert on legal highs, and Jeremy Sare from the Angelus Foundation, to discuss if they think the ban will help combat the problems created by the drugs.
