The 100 percent mortgage is back. Barclays has become the first high street bank since the financial crisis to offer a home loan which doesn't need a deposit. Does it worry you, or are you thinking it could be a lifeline?

Residents in St Ives voting today on whether to ban second home owners from the town - driving up costs and pricing local people out.

We've been hearing for years now the difficulty so many people have trying to get onto the housing ladder - struggling to get the deposit together - rents at sky high levels? The "Bank of Mum and Dad" are having to lend 5bn to get their children onto housing market...

So what's your experience? What's stopping you from being able to buy a home? Is it house prices out of sync with wages... getting a mortage.... getting a deposit together while paying ever-growing rent?
