The Rolling Stones have played in front of an estimated half a million people at a free concert in Havana.Ìý Cuban fans would have had to listen to the band's music in secret in the 1960s and 70s because it was considered subversive. By a strange twist the person trying to stop them playing yesterday night was the Pope - who didn't want them to play on Good Friday - but the Stones took no notice of the pontiff, as the 91Èȱ¬â€™s Will Grant reports.
