Sylvia Anderson, who co-created Thunderbirds with her husband Gerry Anderson, has died at the age of 88. She was instrumental in helping to create the show and also provided the original voice of the iconic character of Lady Penelope. Last year Sylvia Anderson spoke to Jim on this programme.
