World football's governing body Fifa has elected Gianni Infantino as its new president at its Congress in Zurich. The chancellor warns there could be further spending cuts.

Football's world governing body, FIFA, has elected a new president: Gianni Infantino, the former head of European football. Stephen asks former Premiership star David Ginola if Mr Infantino's the right man to clean up the game. The Chancellor, George Osborne, warns he may have to make extra cuts to public spending at the Budget next month. Are too many teachers leaving the UK?
