The Supreme Court will today rule - for the first time - on the controversial common law of "joint enterprise", which can result in someone being convicted of assault or murder even though they didn't administer the blow. We hear from Tracey Fyfe, wife of Paul Fyfe: ÌýAmeen Jogee and Mohammed Hirsi were convicted for his murder under the joint enterprise law. Sandra Paul is lawyer for Kingsley Napley who believes Joint Enterprise is outdated.
