Fatherson, Ben Rawlence and Hollie McNish

Fatherson are live in session, plus Janice Forsyth reviews the new episode of cult series The X Files, and the week's vinyl verdict choice is between Joan Armatrading and 10cc.

Janice has a live session from Glasgow band Fatherson

Nobody Told Me is the new book by poet Hollie McNish, in which she shares three years and nine months' worth of poems and diary entries reflecting on her pregnancy and parenthood. Hollie will be telling Janice about the hearbreak and humour involved in bringing a child into the world.

Hollie will be joined by Rachel McCrum to tell us about Poetry by Heart Scotland - a competition that gives S4-S6 pupils the opportunity to learn poems by heart and say them aloud. We'll also be joined by the joint winners of the competition who were announced on Saturday night.

Is the truth still out there? X Files superfan Kirsty Logan will be talking us through the new episode of the cult series.

The new single of the week comes from Huw Eddy & The Carnival who will be introducing the first play on the show.

Ben Rawlence will be telling Janice about his new book City of Thorns - an account of the world's largest refugee camp.

American folk rock singer songwriter Lissie will be introducing her new album My Wild West.

And with Valentine's Day looming dark on the horizon, our Vinyl Verdict choice this week will be devoted to those sitting out of the festivities - I'm not in love by 10cc or Love and Affection by Joan Armatrading is the choice to make.
