The Groceries Code Adjudicator Christine Tacon says the supermarket giant acted unreasonably. A 47 year-old man is sentenced at the Old Bailey to 19 years and six months in prison after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting children in the Philippines. Trevor Monk was arrested in March last year by officers from the National Crime Agency's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre on suspicion of paying for the live streaming of child abuse from the Philippines.
