Dougie joins a team of workers from the John Muir Trust as they walk six hours a day to get to and from a section of mountain footpath in the Skye Cuillin that has become eroded. Their restoration work is essential to allow safe access into the hills.

Ski preparations
Skiers and snowboarders are eagerly awaiting the first serious snow of the winter so they can hit the slopes at Scotland鈥檚 four ski resorts. Euan visited Glenshee where work is underway to install a new chairlift to replace one of the original lifts that has been serving skiers since the early 1960鈥檚.
Sled Dogs
Sarah goes to work for the day with professional Sled Dog racer, Alan Stewart in the Cairngorms. As well as feeding the pack of dogs she also joins them on a six-mile training run through the forest.
