Ahead of the Commons vote, David Cameron urges MPs to back air strikes against Islamic State targets in Syria.

David Cameron has set out the case for UK military action in Syria - warning that action is needed now "to keep our country safe". Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn insists the Prime Minister's arguments "do not stack up" and that British air strikes would result in civilian casualties. The vote takes place tonight.
