Jane McClenaghan's Baked Apple & Cinnamon Slices
Serves 4听
2-3 eating apples听
1 tbsp agave syrup, maple syrup or honey
1 tsp cinnamon听
handful or pecans (optional)听

Preheat the oven to 180C fan.听
Chop each apple into about 8 chunky.听
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and add a drizzle of agave, maple syrup or honey.听
Bake for 15-20 mins, or until the apples are cooked through.
听
Serve with a healthy dollop of Greek yoghurt and garnish with pecans.Broadcast
