A look back at 120 years of the Rugby Football League. George Riley speaks to RFL historian Tony Collins, and also remembers some of the memorable Challenge Cup finals.

On August 29 1895, 22 clubs broke away from the Rugby Football Union to form the Northern Union, the governing body that would become the Rugby Football League. 120 years on, the sport is stronger than ever.
