Managing editor of The Sun Stig Abell defends the paper's decision to publish a front page image purporting to display a young Princess Elizabeth and the then Queen performing a Nazi salute at Balmoral in 1933. Former royal press secretary Dickie Arbiter & royal historian Hugo Vickers are critical of the publication, and Buckingham Palace says it's deeply disappointed that a film "apparently from Her Majesty's personal family archive, has been obtained and exploited in this manner."
