A senior paediatrician tells Stephen that babies are dying while MP's and manufacturers 'haggle' over a price for a life saving meningitis B vaccine. Simon Nadel, who is a Paediatric Consultant at St Mary's Hospital, London says he believes parents should pay to get their children vaccinated privately.
