One person's died in Copenhagen after a gunman opened fire at a cafe hosting a free speech debate. Helle Merete Brix, who organised the event, described hiding in the back of the cafe with the controversial swedish artist Lars Vilks, thought to be the target of the attack. Also, a ceasefire comes into force in Ukraine.
