The programme reveals the dangers of the written-off cars that return to the nation's roads, plus there's a look back at the life and legacy of footballer Sir Stanley Matthews.

Inside Out investigates how 250,000 cars written off each year return to our roads. Many seem like second-hand bargains to the buyers, but we reveal how dangerous those bargains could be. With food banks on the rise across our region, we meet a woman who has made it her mission to make sure no child goes hungry in her town. And 100 years after Sir Stanley Matthews's birth, Roger Johnson looks back at the life of the legendary Blackpool and Stoke City player and asks if he really was the greatest British footballer in the history of the game.
