Janice Forsyth talks to the Charlatans and hears about a Mexican scheme which lets artists pay their tax in paintings. Plus she has live music from Glasgow songwriter C Duncan.
The Charlatans are back with their 12th album, their first since the death of drummer Jon Brookes. They talk to Janice about returning to stage and studio.
Robert Crawford has just published the first part of his biography of TS Eliot, Young Eliot. He tells Janice about the poet's early life, and the writing of The Waste Land.
Janice hears from Olaf Furniss, just back from Mexico, where he found out about a government scheme which allows artists to pay their taxes in paintings and sculptures.
Theatre producer Susannah Armitage reveals how the new season of A Play, A Pie and A Pint has been put together, and actor and writer Sandy Nelson talks about his play, inspired by a real-life political campaign in Iceland.
And up and coming Glasgow songwriter C Duncan plays live in studio.
