"Our business is about getting shot at"
As oil prices plummet, David Cameron has suggested businesses pass on fuel savings to their staff in their wages. Brian gauges business reaction to this idea and looks at the bigger picture. Our business of the week is Taskforce Paintball in the Vale of Glamorgan. The founder Annette Gee is also a role model for the government's Big Ideas Wales programme for young entrepreneurs. Brian discusses youth entrepreneurship with one of the scheme's mentors and a 20-year-old who is about to launch his business. And finally, he hears why companies like Google are offering their staff classes in meditation.
