Chris Mason and Caroline Barker with the day's news and sport. Passengers on board a Virgin Atlantic plane praise the pilots and crew after it makes an emergency landing at Gatwick Airport. The aircraft had to circle above southern England dumping fuel, after some of its landing gear failed. At least eight people have died after a fire on a ferry travelling from Greece to Italy. And a case of ebola is confirmed in Scotland.
