Find the Fourth

The connection was Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes. The music played was 'O Haupt voll Blut und Wunden' from Bach's St Matthew Passion (HEAD), 'For unto us a Child is born' from Handel's Messiah (SHOULDER) and 'Sweet and Low-Down' from Tip-Toes by Gershwin (TOES). So the answer was KNEES.
