Swans

Marc Riley has a live session from experimental US rock band Swans.

Music legends Swans are in session tonight - how amazing. The new album is called To Be Kind and is out now.

Swans formed in the US in 1982 and have been described as an experimental rock band. Lead vocalist is the enigmatic Michael Gira, with Norman Westberg on Guitar, Phil Puleo on percussion, Christoph Hahn on lap steel, Thor Harris on drums, Christopher Pravdica on bass and last but not least Bill Rieflin lots of the above instruments.
