Middle-Age Shout-Outs and Slow Club live

Shaun opens up his Library Book Amnesty as part of 6 Music Celebrates Libraries, plus Slow Club play live and chat about their current single, Everything Is New.

As 6 Music Celebrates Libraries all this week - Shaun opens up the 6 Music Library Book Amnesty.

Each day during the week Shaun will be creating a list of books that 6Music listeners have found in their homes that should have been returned to libraries across the country, weeks, months and sometimes, years ago.

The name and shame list not only encourages us all to look deep into our book shelves for those books we thought we returned long ago, but aims to reconnect books with their parent libraries. Shaun's mission is to find the longest overdue book amongst the 6 Music audience which he will endeavour to deliver back to its host library and perhaps, using all his charm, get the fine wiped clean.

Plus, Friday isn't Friday without your Middle Age Shout Outs and Shaun welcomes Slow Club to the show to play live after 9am. Slow Club are Charles Watson and Rebecca from Sheffield. They join Shaun to chat about current single 'Everything is New' and to play live for us.
