The serial killer Angus Sinclair is given the longest prison sentence in Scottish history. And police look at possible murders linked to an alleged paedophile ring.

Police investigating an alleged paedophile ring including senior public figures look at possible murders and manslaughter. And we ask whether voting should be made compulsory.
