The Virginia Luthiers are in session - a crack band of expert musicians who also make their own instruments, for themselves and for the likes of Eric Clapton, Dolly Parton and Mumford and Sons.

As their name would suggest, the Luthiers are from the tiny community of Galax in Virginia, and collectively have over 150 years experience of instrument building - it's possible, and quite common, for clients to wait over ten years for a guitar such is the demand on their talents.
