Now hailed a national treasure (and OBE recipient), Clare talks to Jenni Murray about being openly gay, her rather eccentric family and live reporting. She also discusses the benefits of walking, which she writes about in her new book, Walking 91热爆 - My Family and Other Rambles. Hola! Magazine was founded in Barcelona by a young married couple Antonio and Mercedes Sanchez Junco. They pasted the first edition together in the spare room of their Barcelona flat and the edition sold out. 70 years later, the company, still family owned and run, publishes 30 editions of the bestselling magazine around the world, including Hello! In the UK which was first published in 1988. Jenni talks to Mamen S谩nchez Perez, granddaughter of the founders. She has won a BAFTA for TV personality of the year and we even named her on our very first Power List鈥ut it鈥檚 not all been clear sailing. She was publicly 鈥榦uted鈥 as a lesbian in 2003 by the tabloid press, recovered from thyroid cancer and struggled against people judging her sexual orientation rather than her achievements. 70th Anniversary of Hola! Magazine
was founded in Barcelona by a young married couple Antonio and Mercedes Sanchez 闯耻苍肠辞.听 Antonio was the editor of a newspaper but spotted an opportunity for a magazine to bring colour and glamour into a country still bearing the scars of the bitter civil war and struggling under the hardships and censorship of the Franco regime. 听They pasted the first edition together in the spare room of their Barcelona flat and the edition sold out. 70 years later, the company, still family owned and run, publishes 30 editions of the best selling magazine around the world, including Hello! In the UK which was first published in 1988.听 Jenni talks to Mamen S谩nchez Perez, granddaughter of the founders and Editor of the Mexican edition of Hola! about the history of the company and how Mercedes herself is still editing the couture editions of the magazine at the age of 94

Embarassed by Your Parents

Judy Murray has spoken about her son Andy鈥檚 embarrassment over her appearance on Strictly Come Dancing.听 Andy thinks his mother will be 鈥渁bsolutely terrible鈥 and will cringe with embarrassment if he has to watch her. But isn鈥檛 being embarrassed by your parents a rite of passage every child has to go through?听 Self-confessed embarrassing mother and comedian has been mortifying her sons for years. She joins actor/comedian and child of embarrassing parents to discuss the embarrassing things parents put us through.

Nana Mouskouri

is one of the most successful female singers of all time. Over her 50 year career she has recorded over 1500 songs, sold more than 350 million records and has worked with musical virtuosos such as Quincy Jones, Harry Belafonte and Julio Iglesias. Even Bob Dylan has written a song for her. And she鈥檚 still going strong; celebrating her 80th birthday with a world tour鈥ell, why not?! She's been a politician, a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, and sung at the Eurovision Song Contest. Jenni Murray asks Nana if there's anything she can't turn her hand to.

Nana Mouskouri returns to the UK this Autumn to play three special dates as part of a year long world-wide tour to celebrate her 80th birthday.
