A 82-year-old woman is found dead after a suspected beheading in the garden of a north London house. David Cameron says he will not rule out air strikes against Islamic State, which is holding a British hostage. Elsewhere television host Joan Rivers, best known for her acerbic wit, has died in New York, a week after suffering cardiac arrest during surgery on her vocal cords. Phil speaks to Simon Lewis who was a successful Hollywood screen writer and producer behind a string of films including the box office smash Look Who's Talking, until his wife was killed and he was put in a coma in a hit and run.
