Some of the world's biggest names are in action at the Tollcross International Swimming Centre. Chad le Clos wrote himself into Olympic folklore with 200m butterfly gold in London, beating Michael Phelps in the process. The South African attempts to win the 100m butterfly gold.
Fran Halsall is similarly talismanic for the England team - she arrived at Glasgow 2014 with seven Commonwealth Games medals already to her name and tries to win another in the 100m freestyle.
