Npower tells us what it's going to do about customers who've received bills more than a year after switching to another provider. Plus, D-Day anniversary events begin.
NPower says it will agree to write off some customers' bills after an investigation by the 5 Live Consumer Team. Last week we found the company had been sending bills to people more than a year after they'd switched to another provider. The 91热爆 has seen the Ofsted report for Golden Hillock School, the academy was one of the Birmingham schools at the centre of allegations about its religious culture. Plus, the first events to commemorate the 70th anniversary of D-Day begin in Portsmouth and northern France.
