John’s Manx heritage goes back seven generations.Ìý He is a farmer but also a popular broadcaster on Manx Radio.Ìý John is passionate about the work of the Isle of Man’s national poet – T E Brown.Ìý In fact John lives in the house where T E Brown spent his childhood holidays.Ìý His interview begins with a short excerpt from Betsy Lee by T E Brown.

Grace Harrop
Grace Harrop is a sixth former at the Queen Elizabeth II School on the Isle of Man.Ìý As part of her studies Grace has grown her own clothes using all natural ingredients.Ìý He inspiration came from dress designer, Suzanne Lee, who works in Biocouture.
Grace is a Christian and her faith plays a big part in the project as she believes that we should be looking after the world God has created.

Christine Collister
Singer-songwriter, Christine Collister was born in Douglas. She first came to public attention as the singer of the theme song of the 91Èȱ¬'s adaotion of Fay Wheldon't nove, The Loves and Life of a She-Devil. Christine's love ofÌýmusic began in Sunday School at the now redundant Salisbury Street Methodist Church in Douglas.Ìý
ÌýPetrina Kent
Petrina Kent was born in Essex and studied fine art at Bath Academy ofÌýArt, graduating in 1978. TwiceÌýwinner of the prestigious Isle of Man Singer and Friedlander Art competition, she has exhibited in Essex, Brittany, Isle of Man and London.
Petrina now runs a gallery in the Castletown on the Isle of Man.Ìý She paints from her heart as she is touched by the ever changing light of this wild and fascinating Island.Ìý
Kevin Mort
Kevin is a dancer with the 50 year old Manx Folk Dance Society and is also a Methodist lay preacher. His dancing is a source of joy and worship to him.
