Up to two thousand pounds a year per child is announced under new plans to ease the cost of childcare. And Andy Carter from the National Lottery tells Caroline about the advice given to winners like car mechanic Neil Trotter from Surrey who has today been unveiled as the winner of 107.9 million pounds in the EuroMillions Lottery.
