Steve Kaufer co-founded TripAdvisor in 2000.ÌýIt has grown into one of the largest travel sites in the world, withÌýmore than 200 million visitors a month. TheÌýTripAdvisor,ÌýInc. groupÌýnow includes 20 travel brands.

SteveÌýhas a degree in computer science from Harvard University, and his favourite travel destination is Jerusalem, Israel.
Lawrence Tomlinson, founder, LNT Group
Lawrence Tomlinson began his entrepreneurial career in 1988, at the age of 23, when he took out a bank loan to buy his family's small care home business. Today the LNT Group employs over 2000 people across five core businesses, including Ideal Care 91Èȱ¬s and LNT Construction. In 2005Ìýhe also acquired the sports car manufacturer Ginetta, which now exports around the world. In addition to manufacturing cars, he is also an accomplishedÌýmotor racer, and has competed at Le Mans.

Lawrence has also spent the last year as serial entrepreneur in residenceÌýat the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills. As part of that role he independently conducted a review ofÌýbank lending to small and medium-sized businesses; the initial Tomlinson report was published last November.
Nicola Smith, head of economic and social affairs, TUC
Before joining the TUC Nicola Smith worked as a researcher at the Centre for Economic and Social Inclusion, and in policy and research roles for Barnardo's and the Children and Young People's Unit at the then Department for Education and Skills.

Nicola was appointed head of the economic and social affairs department at the TUC in March 2011. She is also a member of the Social Security Advisory Committee.
