A new way to deal with disruptive behaviour
The authorities in a town in the south of Holland have a unique way of dealing with people who are very disruptive. They send them to live in individual communities in purpose-built houses. Anne Lundon is in Tillburg, an hour and a half an hour from Amsterdam, to find out how successful the scheme has been.

Tighter controls of alcohol sales
There is an on-going debate in Finland over whether the sale of alcohol needs tighter controls. Some in the government believe they must act because the country has serious problems with alcohol abuse. They also believe that they are still to fully overcome problems caused by policy errors in previous years. Others say that it would also be an error to raise taxes or further restrict the sale of alcohol.
