We seek out Farming Today favourite Jules Benham who tells us exactly why Wild Boar had her hiding...

Our mystery guest is sports injury specialist Richard Luddington, who took us from tippy toes to the treadmill as he is the man training Jo Whiley for her Sport Relief challenge...

Swapping running for railways, Pam Porter keeps us on track from the National Railway Museum in Shildon as she shares with us the brilliance about the A4 steam engine...

And our top tenuous takes us to cars, and your desperate claims to the fame of Mr J. Beene - the first person to pass a driving test this day back in 1935.

Today's show is dedicated to anyone who holds a licence to drive anything other than a car on the anniversary of the first ever UK driving test back in 1935...

And today's show is entitled: right hand, right hand down a bit, sorry I meant left. Mmmmmm, you are insured aren't you?

Pause for Thought

Pause for Thought

From Sarah Joseph, Editor of Emel, the Muslim lifestyle magazine:

I鈥檝e have been noticing a trend on my social network feed.

It consists of lists. Here are a few examples:

7 Ways You鈥檙e Brushing Your Hair Wrong

Laundry: 6 ways you鈥檙e doing it wrong.

11 Ways You've Been Eating Your Food All Wrong

18 Everyday Products You鈥檝e Been Using Wrong

and 15 Things You're Doing Wrong Every Day

That last list includes: showering, sleeping, and... breathing.

Am I doing anything right? Is there anything about myself I am suppose to feel good about? I recently received an email from an excellent educational books publisher. The subject line read: 鈥淎re You Worried About Your Child鈥檚 Exam Results?鈥 I wrote back to them, 鈥淣o I am not worried about my child's exam results. I am however worried about children managing anxiety fuelled by worry over exam results." We seem to have to tell people they鈥檙e not good enough. We seem to have to make them worry that they are not doing things right. We seem to have to fuel fears and insecurities.

There is a sacred tradition, 鈥淚f you give the son of Adam a mountain of gold he will want a second.鈥 It鈥檚 not just about money though. It鈥檚 a yearning for more. It鈥檚 in our human nature to be restless, to search for something new and to be better. Harnessed in the right way that restlessness lets us discover space, climb mountains, and invent all manner of ingenious things. However, left unharnessed, it is a characteristic that will lead us to feeling dissatisfied, and discontented; to never feeling we have enough, and to never feeling good enough.

I think we should start writing our own lists:

7 things that I do right

10 things that I am grateful for

15 things I like about myself

I am grateful for so much. I do a fair few things right. And as for things I like about myself... Well one thing I actually like about myself is that鈥攚hilst I could give you a list as long as my arm about all the ways I know I have done stuff wrong, and am doing stuff wrong鈥

The bottom line is I like being me. As Judy Garland put it, 鈥淎lways be a first rate version of yourself and not a second rate version of someone else.鈥
