Victoria is live in the village of Colnbrook in Berkshire, just one of the many locations in Southern England to have been hit by terrible flooding.

Victoria is live from the home of Berkshire flood victim, David Wilkinson, who says he's received no help from the council, government or the Environment Agency. The Environment Agency are on the programme with their response - plus we hear from reporters on how the floods are affecting towns and villages across parts of Southern England.
