One of the scientists who helped pioneer energy efficient homes in Milton Keynes explains how technology has changed over 30 years. Plus, David visits one of the most energy efficient houses in the country in Essex, and finds out how it's possible to heat a 3-bedroom home for just 拢120 a year.
