It follows the case of 31-year-old Emily Wheatley who was wrongly told she had miscarried nine weeks into her pregnancy after a scan at the University Hospital of Wales. Victoria speaks to Emily and to Peter Tyndall, the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.
