Anna Foster and Jonathan Overend with the day's news and sport. A Ukranian student described as "dangerous" and "evil" admits murdering an eighty-two year old Muslim grandfather in Birmingham. Pavlo Lapshyn was decribed as "shy and polite" by friends, but went on to kill just five days after arriving in the UK. Lapshyn went on to plant bombs near three mosques, in a campaign that Police say was motivated by racial hatred. Also today, the Government promises that a new nuclear power station will limit energy price rises in the future, on the day that Npower becomes the third energy firm to announce that it will put up bills. Their increase will be around ten percent. And we speak to Wolves record goalscorer, Steve Bull, who made a surprise visit this weekend, to see a fan who was missing his first home game since 1976 for a family wedding.
