The police watchdog has questioned the 'honesty and integrity' of Police Federation officers who met Andrew Mitchell over the 'plebgate' row.

It comes after the Independent Police Complaints Commission questioned the "honesty and integrity" of Police Federation officers who met Andrew Mitchell after the so-called plebgate incident.
